Lost Objects

If you lose any belongings, or find something during your visit, please go to reception.

English Visits

We offer tours in English to our international visitors. When you book your experience, please specify the language that you require.


You can connect free of charge in our areas. Just ask for the password.

Special Needs

Depending on the experience you choose, some areas of the tour are not accessible for people with reduced mobility. Please let us know in advance if someone in your group requires special assistance, and we will do everything possible to facilitate their visit.

Travel Wrapping

We want your purchases to travel safely. Ask for the travel wrapping service to your guide.

Parcel Delivery

We have a parcel delivery service available for Jose Cuervo Express® passengers. You don’t have to carry your shopping with you all day; we will bring your bags to your seat on the train.


There are women’s and men’s toilets in La Rojeña®.

Medical Care

We have a paramedic service and a fully stocked first aid kit for minor emergencies.

How to get there

By Train

What better way to come to La Rojeña® than on our train? The Jose Cuervo Express® departs from the Ferromex station in Guadalajara for Tequila on Saturdays at 10 am. By Road

The Magical Town of Tequila is located 60 km from Guadalajara towards Nogales, Tepic and Puerto Vallarta, on toll highway 15 or the toll-free highway (federal highway 15 that goes through the towns of La Venta, la Cruz del Astillero, El Arenal and Amatitán). If you are coming on the toll highway, take exit 15D until you reach the junction with the toll-free highway. Turn left towards the town center down Sixto Gorjón Street, and at the end turn right again. You will find La Rojeña® on your left opposite the town square. A taxi ride takes approximately 45 minutes from Guadalajara. It costs approximately $ 500.00.

By Bus
