TEQUILA, ESPÍRITU DE MÉXICO, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter, the “Company”), domiciled at José Cuervo, Número 73, Colonia Centro, Código Postal 46400, in Tequila, Jalisco, informs you that you may obtain, transfer, store and use the personal data we request from you, as well as the images we may obtain through our video surveillance cameras, to be used solely for the following purposes:

• Entering the premises of Mundo Cuervo (“Mundo Cuervo®”) located at José Cuervo, Número 73, Colonia Centro, Código Postal 46400, in Tequila.

• Registering and taking care of your requests for reservation and/or purchase of products and/or services of Mundo Cuervo® and/or José Cuervo Express®.

• Collection and manufacture of the products and services acquired from Mundo Cuervo® and/or José Cuervo Express®.

• Serving your enquiries and suggestions.

• Notifying you of any promotions, contests, events and activities organized by the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates.

• Documenting your visits or events at Mundo Cuervo® and/or José Cuervo Express®.

• Affiliating to Club Mundo Cuervo®.

• Obtaining a passenger insurance, if you are a visitor of José Cuervo Express®.

• Conducting satisfaction polls.

• Subscribing to our new information bulletin.

• Organizing your events.

• Participating in the research, promotion and marketing of the services and products of Mundo Cuervo® and José Cuervo Express®; therefore, they may be made available to companies related in corporate terms to the Company.

• The images that may be obtained through our video surveillance cameras shall be used exclusively to:

               • Keep the security of Mundo Cuervo® and José Cuervo Express® and of the persons who visit such premises.

               • Keep control of the persons who enter Mundo Cuervo® and José Cuervo Express®.

 

We inform you that it is possible that, when attending our events, we may take photographs of you and share them in communication media and social networks.

The Company is responsible for the personal data collected by it and therefore it treats your personal data according to the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility, upon the terms of the Federal Law of Protection of Personal Data in possession of Private Entities, Regulations and guidelines (hereinafter, jointly referred to as the “Legislation”).

In order to prevent any unauthorized access and disclosure, keep the accuracy of the data, and guarantee the correct use of the information, the Company uses the appropriate physical, technological and administrative procedures to protect the collected information. The personal information you have provided us is kept in controlled databases with limited access pursuant to the Legislation.

The Company has made available to you the procedure through which you may exercise your ARCO rights and revocation of consent at the domicile to hear and receive notices referred to above.

We hereby notify you that the Company shall not sell, lease or transfer your personal data, including your likeness and, as the case may be, voice, captured and/or recorded in video for the purposes referred to in this notice. It shall only share your personal and/or wealth-related information in the following cases:

               a) With companies with which it has a corporate relationship;

               b) With any companies that assist us in the sale of tickets, and

               c) The banking institutions used for reservations or purchase of tickets for Mundo Cuervo® and/or José Cuervo Express®.

By virtue of the foregoing, the persons to whom the transfer of personal data is made may not use the information provided by the Company in a manner different from that provided by this notice. These transfers of data shall be made with all the appropriate safety measures, according to the principles contained in the Legislation.

If there is a breach of security in any phase of the treatment of personal and/or wealth-related data, the Company, through the Responsible person, shall immediately notify you by e-mail of the Security breach event, so that you are able to take the corresponding necessary measures for the defense of your rights. If we do not have your e-mail, the notification shall be published in the Internet page of Mundo Cuervo® (http://www.mundocuervo.com ).

In order for you to be able to limit the use and disclosure of your personal information, you have the following means:

a) Filing in the Public Registry of Consumers and/or the Public Registry of Users to avoid advertisements, which are in charge of the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (“PROFECO”) and the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services (“CONDUSEF”), respectively, for your personal data not to be used to receive advertising material or promotions from any goods or service companies. For further information on such registry, you may enquire the Web portals of PROFECO and CONDUSEF, or directly contact the same.

If you consider that your right to protection of your personal data has been damaged by any conduct or omission by us, or presume any breach of the provisions contemplated by the Legislation, you may file your complaint or accusation with the National Institute of Transparency for Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (“INAI). As provided by the legislation, once this Privacy Notice is read, you shall be deemed to agree with the compilation, treatment, transfer, use and storage referred to above of the personal data provided to the Company.

The Company reserves the right to modify this privacy notice, which shall be announced in the following web pages http://www.mundocuervo.com and at the domicile of Mundo Cuervo® referred to above, in reasonable advance of its enforcement.
