MEET OUR CHEF
Leading our kitchen is Chef Gerardo Ramos Rosales, whose career is shaped by a deep passion for Mexican cuisine and a vision that balances tradition with contemporary technique.
A graduate of Universidad Internacional de Profesiones, with a specialization in Mexican cuisine from Centro Culinario Ambrosía, Chef Gerardo inherited his love for the country’s cooking from his mother and grandmothers, a legacy that lives at the heart of everything he creates.
With more than 20 years in the industry, he has been part of leading culinary groups and brands including Grupo Ambrosía, Hotel Meliá, and Our Habitas, building a personal style that honors tradition while reinterpreting it with elegance and precision.
His cooking draws on a wide range of national and international techniques, but it’s in Mexican gastronomy where he finds his greatest inspiration. His hallmark is going beyond expectations, turning each meal into a memory that lingers long after the last bite.
